The Virtual Fitting Room is a full body scanner that captures precise head-to-toe body measurements while consumers remain fully clothed. The scanner was developed by our partner, Intellifit, and is 100% safe, using the same radio wave technology used by airport scanners.

Normally, we ship jeans direct to you, but since we’ve just recently launched this concept, we’re asking you to pick up your jeans from our office so we can gather your valuable feedback. In return, we’ll give you a 30% discount! Of course, indi’s 100% guarantee applies to all orders.

• Schedule an appointment here to visit our office in Emeryville, CA. Appointments take approximately 15-30 minutes.
• During your appointment, you’ll meet with a Design Consultant who will take your scan and provide expert guidance on designing the perfect jean for you.
• You will also complete a brief fit profile.
• Once we have your scan, you can either place your order during your appointment with the assistance of our Design Consultant or later from the comfort of your own home.
• When your jeans are ready, we’ll call you for a follow up appointment.

Currently, this is the only location for the Intellifit Design Studio. You can still buy custom jeans online from indi by designing your perfect jean here and filling out our online fit profile. Precisely because body scanners are not yet prevalent in the market, we’ve spent years developing an approach to accurately assess your body by asking you simple questions that you can easily answer online. Someday, however, body scanners will be more prevalent, so we’re starting early to develop this next generation for custom!

Currently, indi women’s jeans are available up to approximately size 16 and men’s jeans are available up to size 46 waist. At this time, big & tall, plus sizes and maternity sizes are not available but will be added in the future.
