Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom purchase. If for any reason you are not, please follow the steps below and you will be refunded the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax. In order to receive a refund, returns must be unworn and be received by indi within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please note: this form should not be used for jeans purchased via our 'indi By Appointment' in-person fitting service. Please contact your sales representative directly to schedule a re-fit appointment. If you are unsure how to contact your representative directly, simply contact us and we'll help put you in touch with your sales representative.
Return Process
  1. Fill in the information requested below and click "submit", and your Return Authorization Code will be provided.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Code in the space provided on your packing slip.
  3. Please package your order with the original packaging, if possible, and affix the return label provided with your packing slip to the box and ship to: RETURNS PROCESSING CENTER, INDI, 5515 Doyle St., Suite #15, EMERYVILLE, CA 94608.
  4. We will issue you a refund as soon as we receive your return to our Returns Processing Center. Once processed, the credit will post to your account within a few business days. Please keep your UPS or Post Office receipt until you receive your credit.

Before you return, do you know about re-order?
You can still get your perfect fitting jeans! Fit is a very personal thing and while we get it right most of the time, we want you to be absolutely happy. Our re-order tool allows you to make adjustments to modify the fit of your jeans. You can return your current garment for a refund, and we'll make you a new jean reflecting your desired changes! We'll even cover your shipping. To get started, complete the return authorization form below and then you'll be prompted to proceed to re-order.
Please note: the information requested below will provide your Return Authorization Code only. If you would like a replacement garment, please complete this form and then proceed to re-order a new garment with any needed fit adjustments.
